We begin a walk towards the picturesque village of Guane by taking the Camino Real traced by the Spaniards on ancient indigenous paths.
This stone path, shaded by acacia trees, once forged links between local villages. Shepherds' houses punctuate the path, witnesses of a bygone era.
In Guane, the village museum reveals its treasures, from captivating fossils to a mummy recently discovered in the region. Under the spell of this journey, we discover the living history of the place, where each step resonates with echoes of the past. Return to Barichara by tuk tuk.
